5. The Videos are not streaming right / Player error messages

All my Videos are hosted on Vimeo.

If your videos don’t stream well then you can turn OFF the HD setting. Just click on HD in the menubar of the video:

And if you get a PLAYER ERROR message then the problem might be that Vimeo is actually down for the count:

“Player error: The player is having trouble”

If this error appears, we are currently investigating a problem on our side. Please contact us ASAP if you continue to see this error.

You can also clear your cache or simply google: Player error on Chrome.
