Just hear me out on this one.

Today, at spin, I had such a moment. The song was grungy, sticky and soulful. The gear was heavy. In my mind, I was riding up the mountain. And then it just hit me: I have been climbing the mountain for 8 years. It’s been hard, harsh and brutal at times. But just like the goosebumps that rushed me standing on the bike today, the joy and gratitude for this life took ahold of my heart again and just squeeeeezed! When you can find joy when you do the hard things, you are blessed, fortunate, to be envied!
