Hey Tuesday! Thanks for being kind to me today. Thank you for hot vinyasa yoga with Tanya and Wendi. Lots of happy breaths and being wind chill avoidant. Amen. Oh and please let the Edmonton Oilers win tonight. My heart cant deal with this losing streak.

I read this profound thing yesterday that just got a hold of my heart and I want to post it here on this cold Tuesday. Dear God, thank you for patience and long suffering with JOY . Amen.
